National Family Business Day 2027 To Take Place On September 16

Family Business United (FBU), the UK's independent media, membership and advocacy platform for the family business community, has confirmed that National Family Business Day 2027 will be celebrated on Tuesday 16 September.

The annual day recognises the vital contribution family businesses make to the UK economy, from the smallest independent traders to the largest multigenerational enterprises, and provides an opportunity for families in business, their employees and the wider community to celebrate their achievements.

Family businesses represent the backbone of the UK economy, generating significant turnover and employing millions of people across every sector and region. National Family Business Day offers a moment to pause and reflect on their resilience, values and long term thinking.
