'Legacy' Podcast
The family business podcast seeks to shine a spotlight on the world of family business, speaking to family business founders and leaders about the journey they have been on, the ups and downs, the challenges they have faced and how they have overcome them.
Our guests all have a story to tell and we are looking forward to sharing their insights, their inspiration and their guidance. Family business owners/leaders often tell us that it is a lonely place to be and this podcast seeks to share stories that matter, that demonstrate that others may well have been through a similar experience and identify the ways that others have overcome similar challenges too. We are also interested in finding out how family business leaders define success and how they are developing their personal and family business legacies too.
LEGACY is hosted by Paul Andrews, Founder and CEO of Family Business United, globally recognised champions of the family business sector and Sam Greaves, fourth generation Managing Director of The Cleenol Group, a family business based in Oxfordshire.
LEGACY. Ep.1 - Bertie Matthews
Bertie Matthews is the eighth generation to work in the family business, Matthews Cotswold Millers. He joins us on the podcast to share his insights since getting involved at a key stage in the family business journey when the very survival of the business was in question.
