It is the people that make family businesses special and their contribution that creates an enduring and sustainable legacy. Our 'Faces of Family Business' project celebrates the 'people' behind the UK's family firms and we are delighted to be showcasing individuals within the sector once more.

Get involved with the new Faces of Family Business project
Taking part in the project is easy. Simply complete and submit the short form with a head and shoulders image and we will upload each 'face' to the collection which you can see below. We are looking for contributions from family business members, leaders and next generation members as well as long serving members of staff, apprentices and staff members that have excelled in some way to make their presence felt and look forward to showcasing them as part of the project.
Faces will appear randomly as the page is refreshed. Once we have assembled the collection of images we will undertake the next stage in the campaign - the creation of a 'face of faces' which will be showcased at a number of events that will be taking place around the UK in 2026. Be part of our innovative campaign and help us to celebrate the contribution of key individuals to family businesses across the country.
