The Path
The Path is a programme that helps you strengthen your inner foundations so you can show up with more calm, confidence and clarity, whatever challenge you’re facing.

Working in a family business brings emotional depth and complexity that can’t be solved by strategy alone. Beneath the surface of roles and decisions lie personal expectations, deep loyalties, and unspoken assumptions.
Developed by Russ Haworth and Martin Stepek, the Path helps you strengthen your inner foundations so you can show up with more calm, confidence and clarity, whatever challenge you’re facing. It can be completed personally in your own time as it is broken down into individual components or can be undertaken with support as a facilitated session.
What Challenges Does The Path Help With?
Feeling caught between roles—family member, leader, sibling, owner
Tension or misunderstandings in key relationships
Worrying about succession or how to “step back” well
Unclear purpose, identity, or direction
Struggling with decision-making in emotionally charged situations
Carrying stress, anxiety, or doubt without a safe place to process it
What Will You Gain?
The Path doesn’t just help you get through the day—it helps you grow into the person your family and business need you to be. It helps you with:
Emotional resilience - the capacity to stay grounded when emotions run high
Stronger communication - the ability to speak clearly, listen deeply, and reduce friction
Personal clarity - knowing what matters to you and how to live in line with it
Improved relationships - at work and home, even when views differ
Confidence in your role - whether you’re stepping up, stepping back, or simply trying to contribute well
