Bringing together specialist sector brands - HIT Training (Hospitality and Retail), Connect2Care (Adult Care, Early Years and Funeral Services) and The Executive Development Network (Leadership and Management) - we provide industry-focused expertise supported by experienced trainers who understand the realities of the sectors they serve.

What We Do

The Opportunity Provider delivers 34 apprenticeship standards from Level 2 to Level 7, alongside a wide range of short courses designed to support career progression from entry-level roles through to senior leadership and graduate-level positions.

Our programmes are delivered nationally through regional teams who combine workplace face to face learning with flexible digital tools to ensure training is relevant, practical and immediately applicable in real working environments.

We also design specialist programmes in response to sector needs, including leadership pathways to address skills shortages.
