Willmott Dixon Hands Over Affordable Homes For Londoners

Willmott Dixon has completed its latest affordable homes for Londoners, with 96 homes handed over to Hounslow Council.

Tintern, Hamlet and Sonnet houses in Brentford are part of the council’s ongoing commitment to driving inclusive growth, creating homes, jobs, and a stronger economy for the future.

They are key to the council’s commitment to drive inclusive growth, create homes, jobs, and a stronger economy for the future. They form part of the larger masterplan to regenerate Brentford, delivering high-quality homes, community spaces, and business opportunities, transforming the area into a vibrant and sustainable neighbourhood.

Councillor Tom Bruce, Deputy Leader of Hounslow Council and Cabinet Member for Assets, Regeneration, and Development, said:

"The completion of these homes showcases our commitment to building a brighter future for Brentford and the wider borough. This project isn’t just about new homes – it’s about creating a thriving community, where residents can live, work, and grow. We are unlocking the potential of Brentford with more affordable homes, new job opportunities, and better public spaces, all designed to improve the quality of life for everyone."

Richard Poulter, managing director for Willmott Dixon in the South, said:

"We are incredibly proud to have partnered with Hounslow Council on this transformative project. The completion of Tintern, Hamlet, and Sonnet houses is a significant achievement that reflects our commitment to delivering high-quality, sustainable homes for the local communities. This project demonstrates the power of collaboration and shared vision in creating spaces where people can thrive. We are delighted to have played a part in the regeneration of this area.”
