Entitled ‘The Family & The Business,’ this nationwide survey was conducted by Grant Thornton Malaysia in collaboration with renowned national management organisation, the Malaysian Institute of Management (MIM).


In conducting this survey, they set out to explore the present scenario of family businesses in Malaysia, to further understand the characteristics of these companies and assess the management concerns, attitudes over the involvement of family members and their development plans amidst globalisation.
