The Global Family Business Champions

Spectrum's Team In Aberdeen Wins New Contracts

Spectrum Service Solutions has announced that following a busy summer in Aberdeen, which saw the expansion of their team and the provision of services to events such as the Tall Ships Races in July, and servicing their already strong portfolio of clients, they have been awarded contracts for 13 new sites in and around the city.

Thanks to a long-established relationship with their valued client, CBRE, one of the world's leading property management and investment companies, they have been commissioned to manage some of the prime properties they oversee in the North of Scotland.

The additions to their growing list of clients in the North East include nine sites for Halliburton, one of the world's largest providers of products and services for the energy industry. There's one site for Aker Solutions that delivers integrated solutions, products, and services to the global energy industry. Another is at Enovate Systems, which designs, develops, qualifies, and manufactures solutions for the well-completion and intervention sector. Another single site is for Chevron, the global energy company with a long-established presence in the North Sea. Finally, another single site for North East Scotland Pension Fund (NESPF) administrators of the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS), the third largest fund in Scotland.

On each of the thirteen sites, Spectrum will provide a full range of services, including daily cleaning, sanitary, laundry, window cleaning, and janitorial.

Speaking about the additions to our client list in the North East, Spectrum's managing director, Rebecca Bell, said:

"This has been a very exciting time for everyone at Spectrum, especially our Aberdeen team; the addition of any new contract or site is always good news, but adding thirteen at one time is a significant increase, one we welcome."

"It's a tremendous reflection of the hard work our teams across the country have done with CBRE; our relationship with them continues to grow, and we thank them for the faith they have shown in Spectrum by awarding such a significant portfolio of their clients' sites in the North East."

"It's also a validation of the processes and meticulous planning procedures we have in place at Spectrum that we are able to onboard so many sites in such a short space of time. I'd like to express my thanks to the dedicated management team in Aberdeen, who have done a fantastic job of building relationships with the new clients and quickly getting up to speed with their specific requirements."

Also delighted with the expansion of our service delivery in Aberdeen is Spectrum Regional Operations Manager Jennie McColl; she added:

"This is a really exciting time at Spectrum with so many great things happening, especially in the North. Getting to know clients and building strong working relationships is one of my favourite things about my role, so you can imagine how much I've enjoyed meeting new clients across these sites."

"So far, everyone has been enthused about our appointment, and all have been extremely supportive during the familiarisation period. I'm really looking forward to cementing these relationships and working with some great people who represent some globally leading brands in the future."
