The Global Family Business Champions

Perdue Farms Named To TIME’s List Of The World’s Best Companies 2025

Perdue Farms, a fourth-generation, family-owned food and agriculture company, has been named to TIME’s World’s Best Companies 2025 list, which honours global organizations for outstanding performance across associate satisfaction, revenue growth, and sustainability.

The World’s Best Companies 2025 ranking highlights leading organizations that exemplify excellence in today’s corporate landscape. Companies were evaluated using three key data points: employee satisfaction, financial performance, and sustainability transparency. Out of hundreds of thousands of data points analysed, the top 1,000 companies were recognized for delivering impact across these areas. Perdue Farms is the only U.S.-based company in both the protein and agribusiness categories to make the list.

Kevin McAdams, CEO of Perdue Farms commented:

“This recognition is a testament to the power of our people and our purpose. Our legacy has always been built on a commitment to caring for our associates, supporting our farmers, and acting as stewards of the environment. Being named among TIME’s World’s Best Companies affirms that this values-driven approach not only strengthens our communities but also fuels our growth and resilience as a business.”

For more than 105 years, Perdue has been guided by a commitment to integrity, quality, and responsibility. The company continues to build on that heritage by:

Creating a supportive and inclusive workplace for more than 20,000 associates.

Delivering strong financial performance while advancing sustainability commitments.

Leading in responsible food production, animal care, and agricultural stewardship.
