Supporting a leader to learn or develop faster than they might do alone, focusing on the future, career development, and broadening of an individual’s horizons. Mentors are trusted advisors, people with much experience in many different areas who are willing to share this knowledge.

Who is this course for?

This course is for leaders and managers at a senior level such as a CEO, Managing Director, director or senior manager who have a wish for mentoring to assist in meeting their goals and/or are considering introducing a mentoring scheme into their organisations.

Mentoring Support From Experienced And Qualified Business Mentors:

The course comprises of 12 sessions

Session 1: Introductory session: in the first session we will introduce you to mentoring, help you to identify your goals and agree a development plan.

Sessions 2-11: Review progress on your development plan and agree further actions.

Session 12: Reflect on your progress and identify goals to support your ongoing development.
