Hilton Banks Group, the family-owned company behind the HB42® brand of adhesives, fillers, sealants & coatings has announced the acquisition of Flag Paints Ltd, a renowned specialist paint manufacturer based in Burnham on Crouch, Essex.

Flag Paints, established in 1939, has built a strong reputation for manufacturing high-quality paints, coatings, and surface finishes for various industries, including marine, decorative, and industrial sectors.

This strategic acquisition marks a significant milestone in Hilton Banks' expansion and commitment to delivering exceptional products and services to its customers. The acquisition will enable Hilton Banks to leverage Flag Paints' extensive research & development and manufacturing capabilities.
