Stuart took the reins of the family business in 2017, implementing an ambitious development plan to increase market share, growing the business from £1m turnover at the end of 2016 to projected £5m turnover by end of 2021, increasing net profit margins to 15.21% (as at 2020), well above the typical 9.4% margin for manufacturing.
