George Isaac has forty years of experience in family business, senior executive management, management consulting, and private equity investing. As the former CEO of his third-generation family's manufacturing, services, and real estate businesses, he led the operating businesses to sixfold revenue growth and double-digit annual earnings growth over eight years. Early in his career, Isaac was a Partner at Deloitte Consulting. He later served as a board and executive committee member, corporate EVP, and divisional CEO of a $1+ billion public company.

He currently consults with family businesses, oversees his second and fourth-generation family real estate businesses, and co-manages his family office and family foundation. He has served on sixteen corporate boards, several of which were family businesses.
