Christian has been with Gorvins since joining as a trainee solicitor. After qualifying in 2003 he has become one of the equity partners, sepcialising in leading high value complex corporate transactions including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, management buy-outs and private equity across a variety of sectors. He also advises on all aspects of commercial contracts and is the Gorvins lead on GDPR/data protection and he heads up the dedicated Family Business Team providing holistic advice to a range of family businesses across the country with a particular emphasis on succession planning.
