Baljeet qualified as a solicitor in 2013 and is now a Partner after joining Tees Law in January 2019, advising business clients on all aspects of company and commercial law, including asset and share acquisitions and disposals, joint venture agreements and partnership agreements. Her experience also includes drafting an array of commercial contracts. The advice she provides to any one client can vary from business contract advice to governance-related advice.
