She specializes in family business and finance. Nupur is a renowned thought leader in family businesses and is a frequent speaker at industry forums on issues related to family governance, family office, and the role of women in family businesses. She is born into a business family and community and has seen up close many of the challenges facing them. She is an astute observer of “families” and has interacted with several of them to understand their challenges, strengths, and best practices. She has authored several white papers, case studies, and articles on different aspects of family firms.

As Paul Andrews, Founder and CEO of Family Business United adds, “Nupur has already made a significant contribution to the family business sector through her work, and continues to do so, and she undoubtedly deserves her place in the Family Business Hall of Fame.”

As she concludes, “Family businesses are the vehicles that help realise a nation’s dreams. They are woven into the societal fabric and are agents of entrepreneurial activities, resilience, adaptability, and change. I am passionate about helping family businesses grow, with harmony in the family and commitment to society.”

“Being recognised in the Family Business Hall of Fame makes me more committed to help family businesses contribute more, successfully transition from one generation to the other, and bring about societal change in aspects such as gender equality. It is an honour and a responsibility. It is a call to do more meaningful research.”
