Responsibilities in your new role as a Assistant Head Housekeeper

In the role of Assistant Head Housekeeper, you will support the team in the daily running of the housekeeping department. You’ll oversee cleanliness and presentation standards across all rooms, addressing any issues proactively. You’ll also assist with training and developing new team members, helping to create a positive, productive working environment. Your commitment to detail and service excellence will ensure every guest enjoys an outstanding experience.

Your personality, experience and qualifications

We’re looking for an accomplished Housekeeper with experience maintaining exceptional standards in busy, high-end environments. You’ll demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, a warm and enthusiastic approach, and the ability to thrive under pressure.

Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
