Succession has long been discussed as one of the most challenging concerns for the family business sector and we wanted to explore the topic and gauge opinion as to how families in business are addressing the challenge in our short succession planning survey.
Our short survey looks at the options available and will seek to understand the attitudes of family businesses to the options available to them, as well as to consider the likely outcomes in the future. Will the next leader be a family business member? Will the next leader come from within the family business? What are the drivers and measures of success?
Family business leaders are encouraged to complete and submit the short questionnaire below to help us determine the prevailing succession planning landscape and gauge the opinion of the sector.
