Dave Roy Takes Lifetime Achievement Award After 39 Years Family Business Service

Family Business United is delighted to announce that Dave Roy who has worked for Brewers Decorator Centres, a family business, for 39 years, starting out in 1986 as a commercial trainee now the Regional Manager for Brewers across the South is a recipient of a 2025 Family Business Lifetime Achievement Award.

Tony is a caring, passionate man who takes great pride in working within the decorating industry and with the people that make it. A truly valued employee and member of the team who has never lost sight of the business objectives and what truly matters to Brewers – putting customers at the very heart of everything they do, ensuring the business becomes the ultimate destination for decorators.

He truly does reflect the businesses vision in playing their part to ‘make the world a brighter space.

As the leadership team sums up his contribution, “We are eternally grateful for all that he has done for the business, devoting almost 4 decades to Brewers. He has learned from the ground up to become an exceptional part of our leadership team, a role model who can adapt as the business evolves whilst spearheading change with the least amount of disruption. As he retires this year, he will be leaving behind a legacy of what can be achieved as somebody who represents the values of what Brewers stands for.”
