The Spring 2025 Global Family Business Think Tank published by Family Business United summarises the thoughts of over 120 family business experts from around the world.  Comprising family business CEO's, leading academics from renowned institutions and practicing family business advisers and consultants the report looks at a number of key themes including:

• the effect of family conflicts on the growth of the family firm

• strategies focusing on long-term stability over short-term profits

• the collaboration of multiple generations to drive innovation

• the impact of emotional ties on decision making

• trust as a necessity to create long-term success
