We are a growing community of family businesses and representatives from professional advisory firms and academic institutions who actively support the family business sector.

 

In terms of family business members, they represent family firms that are both young and old, and everything in between and include many of the oldest family businesses in the UK. They come from all corners of the UK and are from different sectors but share many things in common – the strong bond of family ties, stewardship for future generations, purpose, entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to do business the right way. They care and collaborate with collaboration being one of the key strengths within our community.

 

When it comes to advisers, we welcome them as they have a different perspective and can share insights that help family businesses achieve their goals.

 

As well as our members, we are incredibly proactive on social  media platforms which helps us to build a bigger voice, a wider community and to share the family business message broadly.

 

As champions of the family business sector, community is something at the core of who we are and what we are all about.
