Samworth Brothers Take Home Top Awards Honour

Samworth Brothers Graduate Scheme has taken top honours at the 2018 Food Management Today Industry awards. 

The team were presented with the ‘Best Training Initiative’ award which celebrates businesses that greatly invest in the education and development of their staff.

Samworth Brothers Graduate Training Scheme was specifically designed to develop our business leaders of the future.  It provides a wide breadth of on the job work experience, challenge and responsibility, whilst ensuring our graduate trainees emerge with well-rounded business knowledge and start their careers with a fantastic flying start. 

Caroline Cantwell, Personnel Manager Saladworks said; “We were delighted to receive the award in recognition for the standard of our Graduate Training Scheme; it is especially gratifying to know that our graduates have valued the training and experience provided and rate it above all others within the industry.”

The annual awards celebrate the creativity, innovation and excellence of the British food industry.

Samworth Brothers was also named a finalist in the Food Manufacturer of the Year category at the awards.
