We are a multi-award winning group with three dedicated meeting venues, a team building company and a venue finding agency established in 1964.



Market Leading

Established in 1964, Sundial was the first to recognise the need for dedicated meeting environments, creating the UK’s first conference hotel at Highgate House in Northamptonshire. Since then, and in continuous response to customer needs, we established two additional conference hotels, a team building company and a national and international venue finding agency.


With over 50 years’ experience in running all types of meetings and events, we’re the experts in events. Everything we do, we do with the confidence of our experience and with the attitude that nothing is ever too much trouble and that no challenge can’t be overcome.


Every meeting, event and celebration we host is unique and it’s our passion to create an environment where guests will enjoy the best experience possible. Whether that’s using our venues for a meeting or event, experiencing our unique style of team building or planning and running international events. We always work collaboratively to ensure that we not only meet our customers’ expectations, but exceed them.


We’re committed to being an ethical employer and have a conscience about everything we do. To give just a few examples; our businesses all run on reduced energy, our Surrey venue was the first in the conference sector to pay its employees the Living Wage, and we give home to over 500,000 honey bees in our grounds. We don’t do these things because we have to, we do them because they’re part of who we are.

Family Values

Sundial continues to be owned and run by the Chudley family. We’re bigger now, but our ethos remains the same; to look after customers with the same care and empathy we gave our first guests over 50 years ago.
