Prayers & Support For Hawaii

Images of desolation and destruction have filled the screens and the front pages of our newspapers and have filled our hearts with sadness. Hawaii is suffering and having spoke to one of our members who lives and works in Hawaii, as hey have done since founding their business many years ago, we felt compelled to do something to help.

With devastation and destruction of such scale, it is difficult to know what to do or where to start but there is always a way. The picture is not going to change overnight and the story needs to be kept alive and in our hearts and minds too.

Initial response in terms of clothing and essentials have been provided and in the long term funds are going to help to rebuild the affected areas and communities, supporting families and families in business put their lives back together.

Here at Family Business United we are aware that every dollar makes a difference and have made a small donation to the Hawaii Community Foundation and their Maui Strong Fund. The Maui Strong Fund is providing financial resources that can be deployed quickly, with a focus on rapid response and recovery for the devastating wildfires on Maui. All funds donated will make a difference and the Hawaii Community Foundation will NOT be collecting a fee for donations to the Maui Strong Fund; 100 percent of the funds will be distributed for community needs.
