Top Of The Class For Fracino

14th September 2018 Paul Andrews

Café owners and coffee shops across the country have named Birmingham-based Fracino as the nation’s premier coffee equipment and beverage supplier.

The 70-strong business, which is the UK’s only manufacturer of traditional espresso machines, supplies independents and global brands including Subway®, Patisserie Valerie and Living Ventures Restaurant Group.

The findings follow two surveys conducted by Out of Home (OOH) - an established magazine from foodservice publisher, H2O Publishing.

The first ‘State of the nation’ survey, which targeted over 500 coffee shops, was followed by a ‘Hot to Stock’ study of more than 400 café owners. Fracino came out ‘best in class’ in both questionnaires which provide insights into the sector.

OOH editor Henry Norman said: “The surveys focus on the brands and products that keep the out of home industry moving. The biggest winner of all would appear to be Fracino who follow up being named the number one for coffee equipment 10%) earlier this year by being rated the best for beverage equipment (8%).”

Fracino’s head of global sales, Peter Atmore, said “The fantastic findings reinforce Fracino’s commitment to investing and innovating in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility where we fabricate the majority of components in-house. Our aim to deliver a consistently top class customer service is also reflected in recently doubling the size of our sales team to strengthen the focus on front-line customer support.”

Fracino, which has recently further expanded its customer service team, operates one of the world’s most advanced espresso equipment manufacturing facilities. The majority of components are fabricated in-house and the business exports to over 70 countries
