Bibby Financial Services re-launches apprenticeship scheme in order to recruit apprentices in Leicester, Manchester and Slough

Specialist SME funder, Bibby Financial Services (BFS), has relaunched its apprenticeship scheme to find new talent for roles in its Leicester, Slough and  Manchester offices.

Successful candidates will follow a training programme, accredited by Hawk Training, and will be guaranteed a permanent position with BFS upon completion. Candidates must be 16 or over but there are no prerequisite qualifications required.

Jilly Smithers, HR Business Partner, said: “This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates to gain key skills and knowledge within a growing business. Upon completion of the scheme, operational roles within our UK business are guaranteed, which makes it a really attractive prospect."

“BFS is an extremely progressive organisation and our apprenticeship scheme gives candidates the opportunity to gain experience across a variety of areas, helping them to define their career paths for the future.”

As part of the scheme, candidates will complete the Asset Based Finance Association Foundation certificate. There are three apprenticeships available – one each in Leicester, Manchester and Slough.
